  • zuverlässig und mit kurzen Wegen. Aufgaben Du übernimmst die Leitung
  • der Niederlassung in Bremen-Hastedt und trägst die Umsatz- und
  • Ergebnisverantwortung. Du bist erster Ansprechpartner für
  • Handwerkskunden – vor Ort und am Telefon, vom FI-Schalter bis zur
  • kompletten Schaltanlage. Du baust bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter
  • aus und gewinnst neue Kunden aus der Region. Du führst und motivierst
  • dein kleines Team aus Fachkräften und Azubis im Tagesgeschäft. Du
  • sorgst für reibungslose Abläufe – von der Angebotserstellung bis
  • zur Auftragsabwicklung. Profil Du hast eine kaufmännische oder
  • technische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Bezug zur Elektrobranche. Du
  • bringst Erfahrung im Vertriebs- oder Handelsumfeld mit, idealerweise
  • mit erster Führungserfahrung. Du überzeugst durch sicheres Auftreten
  • und ein gutes Gespür im Umgang mit Handwerkern. Du denkst
  • unternehmerisch, packst gerne an und behältst auch bei viel Betrieb
  • den Überblick. Du arbeitest strukturiert, bist verlässlich und
  • bringst Teamgeist mit. Wir bieten 54.000 € Fixgehalt + Bonus ️ 30
