Night Auditor

Description

As a Night Auditor at Hyatt Place - Savannah Airport, you’ll oversee front desk operations during the overnight shift while helping ensure a safe, welcoming, and efficient experience for our guests. This role combines guest service, front desk support, and basic accounting responsibilities. We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• •Welcome guests and assist with overnight check-in and check-out
• •Perform nightly audit procedures and balance guest accounts
• •Review and verify financial transactions and daily reports
• •Answer phones, process reservations, and assist with guest requests
• •Respond to guest concerns professionally and promptly
• •Monitor hotel safety and security throughout the night
• •Complete nightly reports and required documentation
• •Communicate important updates with management and day shift staff
• •Work with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address overnight needs

Requirements

Qualifications

• •Must be 18 years of age or older
• •Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• •Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• •Basic computer and math skills
• •Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
• •Reliable and dependable attendance
• •Previous hotel, front desk, or auditing experience is a plus, but not required
