  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Arbeitsablaufes in der Nacht,
  • Durchführung des Night Audits / Tagesabschlusses (Protel),
  • VCC-Belastungen sowie Bearbeitung von No-Shows,
  • Ordnung, Struktur und Vorbereitung für die Frühschicht,
  • Check-Ins & Check-Outs,
  • Gästebetreuung während der Nacht,
  • Überwachung sicherheitsrelevanter Bereiche,
  • Versendung diverser Reports und Berichte sowie
  • flexible Unterstützung im Spätdienst bei Ausfällen.
  • Damit überzeugst Du uns
  • Erfahrung an der Rezeption oder im Nachtdienst wünschenswert,
  • selbstständige, strukturierte & zuverlässige Arbeitsweise,
  • freundliches, professionelles Auftreten – auch nachts,
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englisch von Vorteil sowie
  • Belastbarkeit, Diskretion & Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
