  • Ab dem 1. Dezember 2026 führt die AURUM Hospitality Group das Central Hotel Wuppertal mitten in der Innenstadt. Für unser neues Rezeptionsteam suchen wir eine zuverlässige Person für die Nacht, die unseren Gästen auch spät noch freundlich weiterhilft.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Empfang und Betreuung der Gäste in der Nacht, Late Check-ins und frühe Check-outs
  • Bearbeitung von Reservierungen und Gästeanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail
  • Vorbereitung der Unterlagen und Listen für den Frühdienst
  • Kontrollgänge im Haus und Ansprechpartner bei Notfällen und besonderen Vorkommnissen
  • Unterstützung beim Frühstücksaufbau in den frühen Morgenstunden

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung an einer Hotelrezeption oder im Night Audit ist von Vorteil, Quereinsteiger mit Gästeerfahrung sind ebenfalls willkommen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC und Zahlen, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Ruhe und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, auch wenn du nachts allein im Haus bist
  • Bereitschaft zu Nachtschichten, auch am Wochenende und an Feiertagen
