What You Will Do

Lead Closing Activities: Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely account reconciliations.

Manage General Ledger: Process journal entries and ensure accurate GL coding to support seamless monthly closings.

Handle Core Transactions: Manage and record inventory adjustments, and oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations.

Ensure Data Accuracy: Prepare, upload, and validate reporting data within Group financial tools on schedule.

Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with the Controller, Chief Accountant, and CFO to investigate and resolve complex accounting queries.

Maintain Documentation: Draft, review, and continuously update clear and accessible process documentation.

Monitor Compliance: Execute and uphold internal financial controls.

Provide Financial Insights: Generate and deliver ad-hoc financial reports as requested by management.

Let’s Meet If You Have These Skills

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience in GL/R2R.

Language: Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

Technical Proficiency: Strong MS Office skills, specifically intermediate-to-advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF/COUNT functions).

Work Style: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous, with a strict focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Team Player: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly across departments.
