Summary of Job Duties:

• The Workforce Ed Instructor is responsible for teaching minors in a correctional/treatment facility. Duties include, but are not limited to:
• · Schedule all students for the TABE test.
• · Monitor student’s attendance and advise teachers on when students should post-test.
• · Schedule & Administer all TABE test for students.
• · Schedule and Administer all GED ready test for students.
• · Schedule all GED test.
• · Complete a student intake with each student.
• · Creating and maintaining student files.
• · Entering data accurately into LACES.
• · Performing recruitment and retention activities.
• · Maintaining an accurate call log.
• · Work attendance is a must!
• · Attend all mandated faulty and state meetings.
• · Attend professional development.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. Current Arkansas Teaching License.
