· Manage relationships with external credit agencies and credit insurers, including Atradius

· Support decisions on payment terms, guarantees, collateral, and customer financing arrangements

· Partner with Sales and Commercial teams on key customer negotiations and risk-related decisions

· Lead, coach, and develop the Nordic Credit Controller team, setting clear priorities and performance expectations

· Relevant experience in Credit Management, Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Finance, or Controlling

· Proven people leadership experience, preferably in an international or Nordic environment

· Strong understanding of credit risk assessment, collections, credit insurance, and working capital management

· Strong analytical skills and sound commercial judgment, with the ability to translate risk into clear recommendations

· Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP

· Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills

· Fluent in English; knowledge of a Nordic language.
