Job Description

We are looking for a North America Digital Operations Lead to own the end-to-end operation and execution of the Pampers Club ecosystem across App, Website, and CRM. Sitting at the intersection of business, technology, and delivery, you will ensure our North America digital experiences are reliable, efficiently operated, and continuously improving. You will connect teams, platforms, and partners while ensuring the overall health and sustainability of the program.

Key Responsibilities

• •Own end-to-end operations across App, Website, and CRM for North America.
• •Drive platform reliability, operational health, and continuous improvement .
• •Own program health , ensuring consumer value, rewards and program mechanics remain economically sustainable.
• •Coordinate business, technology teams, agencies, and partners to deliver priorities effectively.
• •Lead governance across incidents, releases, risks, dependencies, and technical debt , driving root-cause resolution.
• •Simplify processes and ways of working to improve speed, quality, and cost efficiency .
• •Ensure changes are managed across the end-to-end consumer journey , not in platform silos.
• •Establish and monitor business, program health, and operational KPIs , proactively identifying risks and driving corrective actions.

Job Qualifications

• •Strong experience in digital operations, technical product management, program management, or digital platform leadership .
• •Experience with digital ecosystems spanning mobile, web, CRM, integrations, and cloud platforms .
• •Strong technical understanding and ability to effectively challenge internal teams and external partners.
• •Strong business and analytical mindset , with the ability to understand program performance and economics alongside technical health.
• •Excellent program management and stakeholder leadership skills.
• •Ability to connect business priorities, consumer experience, and technical execution .
• •Strong ownership mindset with a focus on simplification, execution excellence, and measurable outcomes .
