Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte Notarfachangestellte (m/w/d) oder Notarangestellte (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Es erwartet Sie eine abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit in einem modernen Notariat mit einem kollegialen und wertschätzenden Arbeitsumfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Eigenständige Bearbeitung des gesamten Schriftverkehrs

Vorbereitung und Vollzug notarieller Urkunden

Unterstützung der Sachbearbeitung

Telefonische, schriftliche und persönliche Korrespondenz mit Mandant:innen, Behörden und weiteren Beteiligten

Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer Mandant:innen

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Notarfachangestellte:r oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung im Notariat

Sorgfältige, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

Freundliches, sicheres und serviceorientiertes Auftreten

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Gute EDV-Kenntnisse; Erfahrungen mit einem Notarprogramm sind wünschenswert

Teamfähigkeit, Organisationsgeschick und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
