Als Notarfachangestellte/r sind Sie ein zentraler Pfeiler in der selbstständigen Durchführung und Abwicklung notarieller Aufträge.

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung und Vorbereitung von notariellen Vorgängen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Immobilien- und Erbrecht.
  • Erstellung von Urkundenentwürfen und eigenverantwortliche Kommunikation mit Mandanten, Behörden und Gerichten.
  • Fristenmanagement und Terminüberwachung der Vorgänge.
  • Elektronische Aktenführung und Administration über die Software RA-Micro.

Sie haben Freude an Ihrem Beruf, verfügen über eine fundierte Qualifikation und zeichnen sich durch Präzision und Eigenverantwortung aus.

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Notarfachangestellte/r (m/w/d) oder eine adäquate Berufserfahrung.
  • Sichere Kenntnisse in der Bearbeitung von notariellen Akten (Immobilien-, Erb-, Familienrecht).
  • Routinierter Umgang mit der Notariatssoftware RA-Micro ist wünschenswert.
  • Eine strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise.
