Wir wachsen! Zur Erweiterung meines Teams suche ich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Notarfachangestellte (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit.

Tätigkeiten:

Unterstützung des Notars bei operativen und administrativen Aufgaben

Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von notariellen Urkunden in allen notariellen Fachgebieten

Kommunikation mit Behörden, Gerichten und Mandanten

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung/ein abgeschlossenes Studium zur/zum Notarfachangestellten

oder eine mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Notariat

gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office Anwendungen

ein freundliches, teamorientiertes Auftreten

eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
