Wir sind eine seit über 60 Jahren in Duisburg-Mitte ansässige etablierte Rechtsanwalts- und Notariatskanzlei.

  • Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum 01.11.2026 eine/n zuverlässige/n Notarfachangestellte/n (m/w/d) oder Rechtsanwalts- und Notarfachangestellte/n (m/w/d) in Teil- oder Vollzeit.
  • Ein späterer Arbeitsbeginn, sowie flexible Arbeitszeiten können abgesprochen werden.

Zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich zählen alle in einem klassischen Notariat anfallenden Arbeiten, insbesondere das Vorbereiten und die Abwicklung von Urkunden sowie der Mandantenkontakt.

Wir bieten Ihnen neben einer sehr guten Vergütung, eine angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre, moderne Kommunikationsmittel und die Möglichkeit sich laufend fortzubilden. Das Arbeiten im Homeoffice ist teilweise möglich. Es stehen Ihnen wahlweise ein Parkplatz oder ein Mobilitätszuschuss für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr zu Verfügung.
