Wir suchen ab sofort zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in unserer Kanzlei in Gera eine Notarfachangestellte (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit mit mindestens 30 Wochenstunden.

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben Spaß an einer herausfordernden und abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit
  • Sie sind eine aufgeschlossene und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die Spaß daran hat, die Interessen unserer Mandanten engagiert und professionell zu vertreten
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team
  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung ist wünschenswert aber keine Bedingung

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung, Ausfertigung und Abwicklung von Urkunden und Verträgen
  • Mandantenbetreuung
  • allgemeine Bürosachbearbeitung
  • Führung des Urkundsverzeichnisses
