Für unser Notariat in Mönchengladbach wird zum Eintritt ab sofort eine versierte Fachkraft als Notarfachangestellte/r in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit gesucht. Die Arbeitszeiten in Teilzeit sind verhandelbar. Grundsätzlich während der Öffnungszeiten von Montags - Freitags.

IHRE AUFGABEN:

  • vorbereitende und begleitende Arbeiten bei der Beurkundung von Rechtsgeschäften z.B. Haus- und Wohnungskauf, Ehevertrag, Vorsorgevollmacht, Testament etc.
  • Korrespondenz mit Mandanten, Gerichten, Behörden und Banken

IHR PROFIL:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Notarfachangestellte/r
  • Persönlich zeichnen Sie sich durch Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Lernbereitschaft aus.
