  • Für unser Team suchen wir in den modernen, neu gestalteten Amtsräumen An der Markthalle 3, 09111 Chemnitz ab sofort Verstärkung, damit wir unser Ziel – unsere Mandanten umfassend zu verstehen und entsprechend zu beraten – erreichen können.
  • Wenn Sie stets mitdenken und ihr Fachwissen nutzen, um stets maßgeschneiderte Lösungen zu entwickeln, sind Sie in unserem Team genau richtig.
  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Selbstständige Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Urkunden und Verträgen in sämtlichen notariellen Bereichen
  • Erstellung von Kostenrechnungen
  • Korrespondenz mit Mandanten, Gerichten und Behörden
  • Fristenkontrolle
  • IHR PROFIL
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Notarfachangestellten (m/w/d)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung wäre wünschenswert, aber nicht notwendig. Auch Berufseinsteiger sind bei uns willkommen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • wünschenswert Erfahrungen im Gesellschaftsrecht
  • Gute Kenntnisse im GNotKG
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS-Office Programmen
  • Engagement, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Freude an selbstständiger Arbeit
