  • NOTARFACHANGESTELLTE/N (m/w/d)
  • (Vollzeit oder Teilzeit)

mit Berufserfahrung und guten Kenntnisse in notariellen Angelegenheiten (BeurkG, BNotO, GNotKG, Richtlinien).

Ihre Aufgabe ist die eigenverantwortliche Organisation des Notariatsbereichs – unter anderem:

  • Ausfertigung und Abwicklung von Urkunden
  • Erledigung von Mitteilungspflichten gegenüber Gerichten, Behörden und anderen Instituten oder Personen
  • Aufbereitung von Unterlagen zur Einreichung zu den elektronischen Registern
  • Erstellung und Prüfung von Entwürfen
  • Erstellung von Kostenberechnungen
  • Alle üblicherweise anfallenden Notariatstätigkeiten
  • Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen, schätzen den unmittelbaren Kontakt mit Mandanten sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen und Notaren.
  • Es erwartet Sie ein engagiertes Team bei angenehmer Arbeitsatmosphäre sowie ein Arbeitsplatz mit flachen
  • Hierarchien in einem modernen Büro in zentraler Lage von Norderstedt.
