Aufgrund des Wachstums unserer Notarstelle suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen motivierten Notarfachangestellten (m/w/d) der sowohl die Vorbereitung als auch den Vollzug von Urkunden sowie die selbständige Bearbeitung einfacher Vorgänge ab sofort in Vollzeit professionell übernimmt.

Wenn Sie:

  • eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Notarfachangestellten (m/w/d), Notarfachwirt (m/w/d) oder Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellten (m/w/d) mit notarieller Berufserfahrung besitzen
  • erste Erfahrungen in der Beratung und Betreuung von Mandanten haben
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen haben sowie Kommunikationsstärke mitbringen

… und Lust darauf haben, …

  • selbstständig die Vorbereitung und Bearbeitung von Entwürfen und rechtlichen Vorgängen im Notariat durchzuführen
  • die Korrespondenz und den Schriftverkehr mit Mandanten, Gerichten und Behörden in Eigenregie zu übernehmen
  • eigenverantwortlich die Betreuung von Mandanten von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Überwachung des Vollzugs zu übernehmen
