Wir sind aktuell auf der Suche nach einer Notarfachwirt (m/w/d) im Herzen von Essen zu direkter Vermittlung (direkte Einstellung/ Vertrag erfolgt beim Kunden).

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Mitwirkung bei der Abwicklung von Urkunden
  • Verwaltung von Notariatsakten
  • Erstellung von Notarkostenrechnungen
  • Erstellung von Unterschriftsbeglaubigungen
  • Kontakt zu Mandanten, Gerichten, Behörden und Finanzierungsinstituten
  • Vorbereitung notarieller Urkunden

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Notarfachangestellten (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Wünschenswert ist eine Fortbildung zur Notarfachwirtin (m/w/d)
  • Berufserfahrung wäre wünschenswert ist aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Guter Umgang mit MS-Office
