### Wir suchen eine engagierte und zuverlässige Notarfachangestellte (m/w/d)
### zur Verstärkung unseres Teams.
*Ihre Aufgaben: *
- Vorbereitung, Ausfertigung und Abwicklung notarieller Urkunden
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung notarieller Vorgänge
- Fristen- und Terminüberwachung
- Korrespondenz mit Mandanten, Behörden und Gerichten
- Betreuung von Mandanten persönlich und telefonisch
- Allgemeine Büro- und Verwaltungsaufgaben
- Empfang und Organisation des Kanzleialltags (bei Einsatz am Empfang)
*Was wir von Ihnen erwarten: *
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Notarfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; Einstieg auch als Diplomjurist möglich
- Alternativ Erfahrung im Empfangs- oder Kanzleibereich
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Freundliches, sicheres und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
- Teamfähigkeit, Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen; Kenntnisse notarieller Software von Vorteil
