Wir suchen eine kompetente, mandantenorientierte Fachkraft, die eigenverantwortlich arbeitet, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise mitbringt und unser Team zuverlässig unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Bearbeitung notarieller Urkunden und Vorgänge
  • Kommunikation mit Mandanten, Behörden und Grundbuchämtern
  • Terminkoordination und allgemeine Büroorganisation
  • Vor- und Nachbereitung von Beurkundungsterminen

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Notarfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r mit notarieller Erfahrung)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Mandanten
  • Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit
