Der Ortsverein des Deutschen Roten Kreuz Westerland e.V. stellt die Notfallrettung und den Krankentransport für den Rettungsdienstbereich auf der Insel Sylt sicher. Von unserer Lehrrettungswache in Westerland stellen wir 1 NEF (24h-Dienst), 2 RTW´s (24h-Dienst), 1 RTW (Tagesdienst) sowie 1 KTW (Tagesdienst) und 1 OrgL RD (24h-Dienst). Die besondere Insellage stellt sowohl besondere Anforderungen an das Rettungsdienstpersonal als auch das Material. So werden beispielsweise spezielle Rettungsmittel für die 40 km Sandstrand vorgehalten. Seit 2016 ist unser Rettungsdienst nach DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 zertifiziert.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort oder zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt: Notfallsanitäter (w/m/d)

Wir suchen motivierte Mitarbeiter, die gerne in einem gewachsenen Team arbeiten möchten und für die Schichtdienst kein Hinderungsgrund darstellt.

  • Sie benötigen Aufgrund der speziellen Fahrzeugausstattung mindestens Führerschein Klasse C1.
  • Wir bieten überdurchschnittliche Bezahlung nach Haustarifvertrag inklusive Jahressonderzahlung sowie zusätzliche Sozialleistungen.
  • Hausinterne Fortbildungen durch externe Dozenten, Notärzte und Lehrrettungsassistenten/Praxisanleitern von mindestens 30 Stunden pro Jahr. Bei Eignung und Bedarf weiterführende Lehrgänge.
  • Mitarbeiterwohnungen, deutlich unter dem üblichen Mietspiegel, sind vorhanden.
