Unsere Mitarbeiter\*innen des Rettungsdienstes arbeiten auf sieben Rettungswachen in der Stadt Halle (Saale) und dem nördlichen Saalekreis in 8-/ 12-/ 24-Stunden-Diensten. Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung, gern auch per Email!

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitung und Koordination von Einsätzen,
  • Durchführung lebensrettender Maßnahmen & Stabilisierung von Patient\*innen,
  • Herstellung der Transportfähigkeit & fachgerechte Betreuung während der Fahrt,
  • Umsetzung der Maßnahmen gemäß Pyramidenprozess,
  • Übergabe an Ärzt\*innen & Durchführung delegierter Maßnahmen,
  • Erste Hilfe bei nicht-notfallbedürftigen Personen,
  • Funksystembedienung & Dokumentation.

Was wir erwarten:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Notfallsanitäter\*in ,
  • Führerschein Klasse C1 ,
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke & Verantwortungsbewusstsein,
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität & Interesse an Fortbildung,
  • Identifikation mit den Grundsätzen des Deutschen Roten Kreuzes .

Wir bieten:

  • 5.000 € Willkommensbonus (in drei Raten: bei Einstellung, nach der Probezeit, nach 12 Monaten),
  • sicherer Arbeitsplatz in unbefristeter Festanstellung,
  • attraktive Vergütung nach Haustarif (TVöD-basiert) inkl. Zuschläge & Jahressonderzahlung - je nach Erfahrungsstufe ein Bruttojahresgehalt von 52.000,00 € - 54.000,00 € bei Vollzeit,
