Als Notruf Operator bei der Defender Notruf GmbH übst du die wichtigen Aufgaben eines Notruf Operators aus – Alarmbearbeitung, Pflege von Mandantenstämmen, Protokollierung aller Ereignisse, Bewertung und interne Steuerung von technischen Aufträgen.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Alarmbearbeitung in der vorhandenen Alarmsoftware
  • Pflege von Mandantenstämmen in der vorhandenen Alarmsoftware und den dazugehörigen CRMS-Systemen
  • Protokollierung aller Ereignisse in den dafür vorgesehenen Büchern
  • Erkennen, Bewerten und Veranlassen von technischen Entstörungen und die notwendige Steuerung dieser, an die betreffenden Sicherheitserrichter
  • Sicherung des Qualitätsstandards gemäß Richtlinien
  • Sonstige Arbeiten, die im Ablauf des Tagesgeschäft anfallen und sich allgemeinunter den Begriff Notruf Operator-Tätigkeit fassen lassen

  • Zertifizierung gemäß §34a wünschenswert aber nicht entscheidend
  • Zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und ein gepflegtes Auftreten
  • Logisches und strukturiertes Denken
  • verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
  • Ehemalige Kräfte der Polizei, Feuerwehr, Bundeswehr, THW und Sanitäter sind herzlich willkommen
