To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Nurse located in Juarez Site

What a typical day looks like:

• •Provide initial assessment, treatment, and referral for occupational injuries and illnesses, ensuring timely escalation when required.
• •Support and participate in industrial accident and near-miss investigations, including documentation, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions.
• •Assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical operations.
• •Responsible for securing and developing all records, equipment, and programs related to occupational health services.
• •Manage the required physical evaluation programs and services to meet regulatory requirements.
• •Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety and Human Resources to develop and implement occupational health programs by providing subject-matter expertise.
• •Ensure accurate, timely, and individual incident reporting, with zero tolerance for under-reporting or consolidation of cases.
• •Complete and manage IMSS-related documentation and forms in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• •Manage and follow up on occupational risk and workers' compensation cases , ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
• •Prepare, submit, and monitor ST-7 forms related to workplace injuries and occupational incidents.
• •Oversee the administration and follow-up of general illness cases, medical leaves, and employee health records .

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• •Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• •Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• •Experience working as an Industrial Nurse.
• •Experience managing:
• •Industrial accidents & first aid treatment
• •Incident documentation & reporting
• •Shift-based operations (day/night, high headcount)
• •High-volume walk-in cases
• •IMSS processes and documentation
• •Occupational risk and workers' compensation cases
• •ST-7 form preparation and follow-up
• •General illness and medical leave administration
