About AICA Orthopedics AICA Orthopedics is the clinical brand of ProCo, one of Georgia's largest integrated orthopedic and injury care networks. We have 21 clinics, 3 surgery centers and 400+ team members across metro Atlanta. Most orthopedic groups split specialists by body part. What you'll do

  • Evaluate and manage personal injury patients with spine and extremity injuries
  • Order MRIs and CTs, and interpret X-rays

  • First assist in the OR for orthopedic and spine surgeries (optional, and subject to facility credentialing)
  • Coordinate referrals and continuity of care across AICA's network
  • Complete visit documentation within 48 business hours

What we require

  • Spine and/or extremity orthopedics experience. This is the main requirement; general primary care NP experience alone is not enough

  • An active Georgia RN license and Georgia APRN authorization, or the ability to obtain them before you start
  • Current national NP board certification (AANP or ANCC). FNP, AGACNP or AGPCNP preferred
  • Ability to practice under a Georgia nurse protocol agreement with an AICA delegating physician (we handle the paperwork)

  • EMR proficiency (NextGen preferred)

Preferred

  • Personal injury or workers' compensation background
  • OR or first-assist experience
  • Experience in a multidisciplinary practice

  • Monthly performance bonuses tied to clinical KPIs
  • Your choice of W-2 or 1099 employment
