Responsibilities

• •Conduct comprehensive gynecologic evaluations and annual well-woman examinations
• •Diagnose and manage common gynecologic conditions
• •Perform office-based procedures within scope of practice
• •Provide patient education regarding preventive care, contraception, menopause management, and reproductive health
• •Order and interpret diagnostic testing and laboratory studies
• •Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
• •Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently within the EMR
• •Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives

Qualifications

Required

• •Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• •Current California Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility for licensure
• •National certification as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP)
• •DEA certification or eligibility
• •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred

• •Prior experience in Women's Health, Gynecology, or OB/GYN practice
• •Experience performing gynecologic procedures
• •Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
• •Strong commitment to patient-centered care
