Job Description:

• •Prepare and assemble hot and cold food items, including beverages, following standardized recipes and production requirements to ensure quality and consistency.
• •Stock, rotate, and sanitize nursing pantries and bulk nourishments, maintaining accurate inventory records and billing documentation.
• •Serve meals on tray lines, record food temperatures, and deliver trays to patients using proper identification protocols and isolation procedures.
• •Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, floors, and equipment, using cleaning chemicals safely and effectively according to required concentrations.
• •Operate dishroom equipment and café registers, process transactions accurately, and monitor sanitation logs and temperature records, taking corrective actions as needed.
• •Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• •Able to communicate in English [Required]
• •Knowledge of HAACP standards [Preferred]
• •Food safety and sanitation [Preferred]
• •Food preparation [Preferred]
• •Dish machine and possibly other minor kitchen equipment [Preferred]

Education:

High School Grad or Equiv [Preferred]

Work Experience:

1+ food service experience [Preferred]

Pay Range:

• $15.45 - $24.73
• Background Screening Requirement (Florida Law)
