Für ein Klinikum in Mecklenburg - Vorpommern suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Sie als Oberarzt/-ärztin Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie (m/w/d)

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört:

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von klinischen und operativen Fällen in der Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie
  • Operative Versorgung von Allgemein- und Spezialfällen (Frakturenbehandlung, Endoprothetik, Arthroskopie, Wirbelsäulenpathologien, konservative und postoperative Therapien)
  • Supervision, Anleitung und Weiterbildung von Assistenzärzten, PJ-Studenten und Weiterbildungsbewerbern
  • Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von Behandlungsleitlinien, Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
  • Organisation des Ablauf- und OP-Managements in Abstimmung mit der Stations- und Notaufnahme
  • Teilnahme am Notfall- und Rufdienst
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Physio-Abteilung, Radiologie, Schmerztherapie und Notfallmedizin
  • Dokumentation, Kodierung und Abrechnung gemäß geltenden Vorgaben

## Ihr PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Facharztanerkennung Orthopädie und Unfallchirurgie (m/w/d)
  • Mehrjährige klinische Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte operative Fähigkeiten sowie ausgezeichnete klinische Beurteilungs- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
  • Führungserfahrung wünschenswert; Motivation zur Teamführung und Personalentwicklung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie im Patientenkontakt und organisatorisches Geschick
  • Bereitschaft zur Rufbereitschaftsdiensten, sowie zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Sicherheit in medizinischer Dokumentation, Bildgebung (Röntgen, US, ggf. MRT/CT) und im Umgang mit Kliniksoftware
  • Zusatzbezeichnung spezielle Unfallchirurgie
