Ihre Arbeit bei uns beinhaltet folgende Kerntätigkeiten:

  • Leitung und Führung eines multiprofessionelles Reha-Teams
  • Anleitung von Ärzten (m/w/d) und Psychologen (m/w/d) bei der Leitung von Basisgruppen und störungsspezifischen Gruppen
  • Vorträge vor Rehabilitanden
  • Erstellung sozialmedizinische Leistungsbeurteilungen
  • Teilnahme am Rufbereitschaftsdienst (Hintergrunddienst)
  • Sie lösen motiviert sozialmedizinische und rehabilitative Fragen
  • Zusammenarbeit in einem engagierten und sozial kompetenten interdisziplinären Team.

Dafür stellen wir uns folgendes Profil vor:

  • Facharzt für Innere Medizin und Pneumologie
  • Wünschenswert Facharzt Physikalische und Rehabilitative Medizin
  • Wünschenswert Zusatzbezeichnung Sozialmedizin (kann auch hier erworben werden)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Sie verfügen über ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und besitzen Führungskompetenz
  • Sie haben ein freundliches und Rehabilitanden orientiertes Auftreten und verfügen über eine gute sowie adressatengerechte Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Sie nehmen gerne die Herausforderungen einer sozialmedizinisch qualitativ hochwertigen Rehabilitation an
