  • Innerhalb des neurologischen Rehabilitationszentrums für Kinder, Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene ist im Bereich neurologisches Fachkrankenhaus (6 Beatmungsplätze), neurologische Frührehabilitation (12-20 Bettplätze, IMC-Charakter) und Säuglingsrehabilitation (10-12 Bettplätze, zentrales Monitoring) die Stelle einer Oberärztin / eines Oberarztes für Pädiatrische Intensivmedizin zu besetzen.
  • Auf diesen Stationen werden apparativ überwachungspflichtige Rehabilitationspatienten, teilweise mit intensivmedizinischem Überwachungs- und Behandlungsbedarf, behandelt. Es kommen Verfahren der nichtinvasiven Atemunterstützung (HFNC, CPAP und NIV) sowie invasive Beatmung (über Trachealkanüle) zum Einsatz. Die Betreuung umfasst Patienten mit unterschiedlichsten venösen Zugangsarten (PVK, VK, implantierte zentralvenöse Zugänge) und peripher arteriellen Zugängen. Im Vordergrund steht die Entwöhnung von diesen Unterstützungsmaßnahmen.
  • Es stehen umfangreiche diagnostische Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung, darunter Labore des Universitätsklinikums, Röntgen/CT, Point-of-Care-Testing (POCT) sowie HNO-Diagnostik.
  • Aufgaben:
  • Supervision der Patientenbetreuung im genannten Bereich (Fachkrankenhaus und Frührehabilitation)
  • Teilnahme am Facharzt-Rufbereitschaftsdienst der Kinderklinik
  • Mitarbeit an der Ausbildung der Assistenzärzte (z. B. Fortbildungen, Bedside-Teaching)
  • Mitarbeit an der strukturellen und inhaltlichen Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs (z. B. Aufbau eines Polysomnographie-Messplatzes, Ausbau der palliativmedizinischen Versorgung)
  • Kommunikation mit externen Kliniken (Zuweiser, Konsiliarärzte)
  • Beteiligung an wissenschaftlichen Arbeiten sowie an der Außendarstellung (z. B. Kongressbeiträge)
  • Ausbau der bronchoskopischen Betreuung und Interventionen (interne Weiterbildungen möglich)
  • Evaluierung der Implementierbarkeit ergänzender Weaning-Verfahren (z. B. NAVA-Triggerung, Zwerchfellschrittmacher)
