Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir einen Facharzt (m/w/d) für Neurologie, zur Besetzung einer Stelle als Oberarzt (m/w/d).

Bei unserem Auftraggeber handelt es sich um eine stationäre Rehabilitationsklinik mit zwei Indikationsgebieten und einer Größenklasse von 250 - 300 Betten.

Die Abteilung für Neurologie rehabilitiert Patienten direkt im Anschluss an die Krankenhausbehandlung und bei chronisch neurologischen Erkrankungen als geplante Rehabilitation. Es werden Patienten der Rehabilitationsstufen C und D behandelt.

Aufgabengebiet:

  • Vertretung des Chefarztes der Neurologie bei dessen Abwesenheit
  • fachliche Leitung und Supervision der neurologischen Assistenzärzte sowie deren Einarbeitung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung
  • Sicherstellung einer qualifizierten medizinischen Versorgung der Rehabilitanden unter Berücksichtigung fachlicher Standards
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten medizinischen Behandlungsverlauf
  • Durchführung von Visiten und Therapiebesprechungen
  • Entwicklung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Behandlungspfaden, Rehabilitationskonzepten und -prozessen
  • Mitwirkung am Qualitätsmanagement
  • Teilnahme am Hintergrunddienst (Rufbereitschaft)

Sie verfügen über:

  • die Facharztanerkennung für Neurologie
  • umfassende Fachkenntnisse und große klinische Erfahrungen

  • hohe soziale und fachliche Kompetenz
