### Aufgaben

  • Selbstständige Akquisition von Brückenbauaufträgen sowie systematische Betreuung der Kunden in Abstimmung mit der Bereichsleitung
  • Gesamtverantwortliche Leitung von Brückenbauprojekten unter Berücksichtigung von wirtschaftlichen und technischen Zielsetzungen
  • Verantwortliche Überwachung von Kalkulationen, Angeboten, Bauabläufen sowie Kontrolle der Baustellenergebnisse
  • Verhandlungsführung mit Auftraggebern, Behörden und Nachunternehmern
  • Nachtragsgestaltung und -durchsetzung
  • Personaleinsatzplanung und Führung der Projekt- und Bauleiter:innen

### Qualifikationen:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position und in der Abwicklung von Brückenbauprojekten
  • Gute MS-Office- Kenntnisse und idealerweise Anwenderkenntnisse in Bauablaufplanungsprogrammen (vorzugsweise MS-Project und PowerProject) sowie in einem Abrechnungs- und Kalkulationsprogramm (z. B. ARRIBA oder RIB iTWO)
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Führungserfahrung
  • Eine selbstständige, engagierte und systematische Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerische Denken und Handeln, Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative sowie Teamgeist
  • Flexibilität im Umgang mit neuen und wechselnden Aufgabenstellungen sowie Reisebereitschaft in NRW runden Ihr Profil ab
