  • \* Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Selbstständige, engagierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • \* Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Kostenbewusstsein
  • \* Sicherer Umgang mit Abrechnungs- und Kalkulationsprogrammen (idealerweise RIB iTWO) sowie MS-Office

  • \* Verantwortung für den operativen Betrieb und das Tagesgeschäft
  • \* Gesamtleitung komplexer Bauprojekte im Straßen-, Tief- und Asphaltbau
  • \* Sicherstellung wirtschaftlicher, terminlicher und technischer Zielerreichung
  • \* Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
  • \* Akquisition von Aufträgen und Betreuung von Kunden und Geschäftspartnern
  • \* Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch technische Lösungen und hohe Qualität
