  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/TH) der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung größerer Projekte (> 25 Mio. EUR) Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office sowie in einem Kalkulations- und Abrechnungsprogramm (idealerweise RIB iTWO) Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsstärke gepaart mit hohem Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick Eine selbstständige, engagierte und systematische Arbeitsweise Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative sowie Teamgeist runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Ihr Beitrag bei uns
  • Eigenständige Akquisition von Aufträgen sowie systematische Betreuung unserer Auftraggeber in Abstimmung mit der Bereichsleitung Aktive Gestaltung und Realisierung der vertraglichen, wirtschaftlichen und technischen Rahmenbedingungen der Projekte Gesamtverantwortliche Steuerung, Kontrolle und Führung des Projektes und des Projektteams sowie sämtlicher Projektabläufe Verantwortliche Überwachung von Kalkulationen, Angeboten, Bauabläufen sowie Kontrolle der Baustellenergebnisse Gesamtverantwortliche Leitung von Bauprojekten im Hoch- und Schlüsselfertigbau Verhandlungsführung mit Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern Führung und Planung von Personal
