Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld

  • Wirtschaftliche und technische Verantwortung für mehrere Bauprojekte im Rohbau für Industrie- und Wohnbauten
  • Sicherstellung der wirtschaftlichen, technischen und terminlichen Zielsetzung
  • Projektbezogene Führung der Projekt- sowie der Bauleiter
  • Qualifizierte Bauherrenbetreuung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Auftragsakquise und der Angebotsbearbeitung
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Kontakten zu Auftraggebern, Architekten und Ingenieurbüros

Ihr Profil

  • Bachelor, Dipl. Bau-Ingenieur (FH/TH/BA) oder Architekt
  • Techniker mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Idealerweise vorangegangene Ausbildung im Baugewerbe
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Oberbau-, Projekt- oder Bauleiter im Roh- bzw. Hochbau
  • fundierte Kenntnisse im Hochbau
  • gute Kenntnisse in Kalkulation (idealerweise RIB iTWO/Arriba) und Projektmanagement (AV, Terminplanung, Lean Construction)
  • fundiertes Wissen im Bauvertragswesen (VOB, HOAI)
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse
