Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld

  • Übergeordnete gesamtverantwortliche Leitung Holzbauprojekten unter Berücksichtigung der wirtschaftlichen und technischen Vorgaben
  • Ansprechpartner für Architekten und Auftraggeber während der Projektdurchführung sowie während der Gewährleistungsphase
  • Bewertung und Verabschiedung von Kalkulationen, Angebotsausarbeitungen und -strategien
  • Verhandlungsführung mit Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern
  • Auslegung, Änderungen und Erweiterungen des Bauvertrages sowie Nachtragsforderungen
  • Technische Führung sowie Unterstützung des Projektteams bei anspruchsvollen Aufgaben

Ihr Profil

  • Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Bautechniker oder Zimmerermeister
  • Idealerweise vorangegangene Ausbildung im Baugewerbe, z. B. Zimmermannslehre
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Holz- und/oder Fassandenbau
  • Kenntnisse im Brandschutz und der Bauphysik sowie in der Arbeitskalkulation
  • fundiertes Wissen im Bauvertragswesen (VOB, HOAI)
  • gute Kenntnisse in einem Abrechnungs- und Kalkulationsprogramm sowie in der EDV
