Ihre Aufgaben

  • Instandsetzen und Warten von Sondermaschinen und Anlagen
  • Einstellen, Rüsten, Bedienen und Warten unterschiedlicher Maschinen und Anlagen im Produktionsbereich
  • Ansetzen von Chemikalien für den Galvanisierungsprozess
  • Entgiften und Entsorgen der Chemikalienabfälle sowie Durchführung erforderlicher Analysen
  • Durchführen aller anfallenden Galvanikprozesse
  • Reinigen der Produktionsanlagen
  • Durchführen von erforderlichen Prüfmaßnahmen entsprechend geltender Qualitätsstandards

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise als Galvaniseur/Oberflächenbeschichter (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung im Bedienen, Einstellen und Rüsten von Produktionsmaschinen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lesen und Erstellen von Zeichnungen und Skizzen
  • Bereitschaft zum Einsatz im 3-Schicht-Betrieb
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
