  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Gemeinsam mit unserem Restaurantleiter sind Sie sowohl für das Halbpensionsrestaurant (280 Sitzplätze), das A-la-carte-Restaurant (120 Sitzplätze), unsere Sonnenterrasse als auch für unsere Hotelbar zuständig.
  • Das Team besteht aus ca. 35 Mitarbeiter_innen, darunter sind auch Auszubildende und Praktikant_innen.
  • Wenn Sie folgende Kompetenzen mitbringen, sind Sie bei uns richtig:
  • Einschlägige Ausbildung
  • professionelle Fachkenntnisse über Serviceabläufe sowie Produktkenntnisse und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Erfahrung im À-la-carte-Service
  • Sie kennen die Gehobene Gastronomie
  • Kassieren im Gastgewerbe
  • Englisch-Kenntnisse sowie weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
