Du möchtest in einem mittelständischen Unternehmen Fuß fassen, das Dienstleistungen einer immer wichtiger werdenden Branche anbietet? Dann bist Du bei BBS Gebäudetechnik genau richtig. Im Raum Berlin-Brandenburg unterstützen wir unsere Kundschaft in den Bereichen Klima-, Lüftungs-, Kälte-, Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Elektrotechnik. Unser Arbeitsalltag ist genauso facettenreich wie unser Leistungsspektrum und die Aufträge, die wir für unsere zahlreichen Kunden umsetzen dürfen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung kleiner bis mittelgroßer Montageteams (2–6 Monteure) auf Großbaustellen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit auf der Baustelle – du bist Teil des Teams, nicht nur der Vorgesetzte
  • Koordination und Einsatzplanung vor Ort
  • Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für Bauleitung, Projektverantwortliche und Nachunternehmer
  • Überwachung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Materialdisposition, technische Rücksprachen, Dokumentation

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im SHK-Bereich (z. B. Anlagenmechaniker SHK)
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung auf Baustellen – idealerweise im Großprojektumfeld
  • Selbstständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hands-on-Mentalität: Du packst mit an, wo Du gebraucht wirst
  • Führerschein Klasse B
