Wer wir sind

Wir sind die Gerald Käppler GmbH – Familienunternehmen seit 1977, heute in 2. Generation. 55 Kolleginnen und Kollegen in Gräfentonna und Erfurt, von der Badsanierung bis zur kompletten Haustechnik für Kliniken, Hochschulen und Wohnquartiere. Viele Projekte planen wir selbst – das heißt: weniger Chaos auf der Baustelle.

Was du machst

  • Du leitest dein Team auf Mittel- und Großbaustellen: 1–6 Monteure, 1–4 Azubis, Leiharbeiter und Nachunternehmer
  • Du bist die rechte Hand der Projektleitung und setzt Sanitär- und Heizungsanlagen fachgerecht um
  • Du teilst dein Team ein, kontrollierst Qualität und Termine
  • Du stimmst dich mit den Nachbargewerken ab
  • Du erstellst Aufmaße und Bautagesberichte – digital per App
  • Du prüfst den Leistungsumfang und meldest Abweichungen frühzeitig
  • Du bildest unsere Azubis auf der Baustelle mit aus

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker SHK oder vergleichbar
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung, gern schon als Vorarbeiter oder Obermonteur
  • Technisches Verständnis, saubere Arbeitsweise und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Führerschein Klasse B
