OBJEKTBETREUER / HAUSMEISTER (M/W/D) IN VOLLZEIT gesucht.

DIESE AUFGABEN WARTEN AUF SIE  ...

Kontrolle unserer Objekte auf Instandhaltungsbedarf und Funktionalität der technischen Anlagen.

Kontrolle unserer Objekte auf Verkehrssicherheit.

Organisation und Betreuung von Wartungen / Prüfungen.

Beurteilen und Prüfen von Schäden an unseren Objekten.

Überwachen von Leistungen Dritter, wie Schadenbeseitigung oder Reparaturen.

Kleinreparaturen.

SIE PASSEN ZU UNS, WENN SIE ... 

ein technisches und handwerkliches Grundverständnis haben.

möglichst eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem handwerklichen Beruf haben - wobei das kein "Muss" ist.

gerne mit Menschen zu tun haben und ein Teamplayer sind.

einen Führerschein der Klasse B besitzen.
