  • Selbstständige buchhalterische Betreuung eines festen Objektbestands
  • Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung, einschl. Mahnwesen
  • Kautionsverwaltung
  • Berechnung und Meldung von Heiz- und Wasserkosten an externe Dienstleister
  • Erstellung von Wirtschaftsplänen und WEG-Jahresabrechnungen
  • Durchführung von Belegprüfungen
  • Erstellung von Betriebskostenabrechnungen für Mieter
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der WEG-Buchhaltung und/oder Mietenbuchhaltung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Hausbank imveon (VS3) sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Hausgeldabrechnungen, Wirtschaftspläne und Betriebskostenabrechnungen.
  • Zertifizierung gemäß § 26a WEG oder die Bereitschaft, diese zeitnah nachzuholen.
  • Freude an klaren Prozessen, digitalen Werkzeugen und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.
  • Loyalität, Teamgeist und den Anspruch, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
