Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Technische und kaufmännische Betreuung von Objekten einschließlich Ansprechpartnerfunktion für Kunden und Behörden
  • Führung, Koordination und Einsatzplanung von technischen Mitarbeitern und Dienstleistern
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von gesetzlichen, technischen sowie arbeitsschutz- und brandschutzrelevanten Vorschriften
  • Steuerung und Optimierung von Betriebsabläufen, internen Prozessen sowie Umsetzung von Betreiberpflichten und Compliance-Anforderungen
  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Reparatur-, Umbau- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen einschließlich Qualitätssicherung
  • Erstellung von Berichten, Auswertungen, Instandhaltungsstrategien und Budgetplanungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Facility Management, Gebäudetechnik, Bauingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; alternativ mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im technischen Gebäudemanagement
  • Kunden- und serviceorientiertes Auftreten sowie sicherer Umgang mit Auftraggebern und Dienstleistungspartnern
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung und Teamkoordination
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CAFM-Systemen
  • Führerschein Klasse B vorhanden
