Objektleiter in Vollzeit m/w/d

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Zentrale Ansprechpartner für die tägliche Unterhaltsreinigung
  • Disziplinarische Führung Ihrer Mitarbeiter
  • Ein- und Unterweisungen der Mitarbeiter
  • Lohnabrechnungen unter Einhaltung der betriebswirtschaftlichen Vorgaben
  • Sicherstellung der Arbeitsabläufe und Disposition des Material- und Maschineneinsatzes
  • Verwaltungs- und Organisationsaufgaben
  • Kundenbetreuung von ca. 20-40 Objekten

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung in der Gebäudereingiung wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität und ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung
  • Kommunikationsbereitschaft
  • Organisations-, Dispositions- und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Zuverlässigkeit
  • Führerschein Klasse B
