Pünktlich zur Abnahme unserer Bauvorhaben nimmst du die Zügel in die Hand und verantwortest eigenständig die Abwicklung des After Sales- und Gewährleistungsmanagements. In deinen Aufgabenbereich fallen dabei:

  • Steuerung der Mängelbeseitigung von Nachunternehmern
  • Teilnahme an Ortsterminen mit Sachverständigen sowie zur Überprüfung von Mängeleinreden
  • Technischer Support und Beratung unserer Kund:innen sowie Organisation des Informationsflusses zwischen allen Beteiligten
  • Übernahme der Dokumentation und Rechnungsprüfung
  • Disposition und Koordination von Wartungszyklen

## dein Profil

Verantwortungs- und Dienstleistungsbewusstsein sowie Selbstorganisation bilden für dich den Grundstein. Dein Profil rundet sich außerdem durch folgende Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten ab:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Bauingenieur:in, Architekt:in oder Facility Manager:in – alternativ eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister im Hochbau, in der TGA oder in vergleichbaren Bereichen
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Schlüsselfertigbau, z.B. als Bauleiter:in
  • Routinierter Umgang mit allen gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Reisebereitschaft von 2 bis 3 Tagen die Woche
