### Wir suchen dich als Objektleiter (m/w/d) – ab sofort

## Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Leitung von technischen und infrastrukturellen Teams in Objekten verschiedener Größe inkl. Einsatzplanung
  • Überwachen aller technischen Abläufe im Bereich Wartung und Instandhaltung
  • Koordination von Umbau- und Modernisierungsprojekten inkl. Qualitätssicherung
  • Sicherstellen der Wirtschaftlichkeit von Facility-Management-Aufträgen
  • Ertrags- und Kostenkontrolle sowie Verantwortung für das Einhalten des Budgets
  • Erfüllen bestehender Vertragsverhältnisse
  • Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern, Dienstleistern und Behörden
  • Koordinieren und Steuern aller Dienstleistungsbereiche bei eigenen FM-Kunden

## Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik, des Ingenieurwesens oder des Facility-Managements, Weiterbildung zum Techniker / Meister (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung im Objektmanagement und/oder in der Objektleitung
  • Engagement und stark ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität
  • Organisationstalent sowie Leidenschaft für Technik
  • Diplomatisches Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Respektvoller und bewusster Führungsstil
  • Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B
