Das Team Gebäudereiniger (m/w/d) sorgt mit viel Motivation und Leidenschaft für Sauberkeit und Ordnung in den Liegenschaften unserer Kunden. Sie werden Teil eines kollegialen Team aus Objektleiterinnen

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie führen unsere Servicekräfte und sind für die Arbeits- und Urlaubsplanerstellung verantwortlich
  • Sie erfassen die Arbeitszeit in Zusammenarbeit mit der Lohnabteilung im Hinblick auf eine fristgerechte Lohnabrechnung
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einstellung und Einweisung von neuen Mitarbeitenden
  • Sie stehen in direktem Kontakt zu unseren Kunden und stellen dadurch die Kundenzufriedenheit sicher

Wir erwarten von Ihnen:

  • Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Sie haben Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Sozialkompetenz
  • Einen Führerschein der Klasse B/BE
