### Aufgaben:

  • Führungsverantwortung
  • Pflege von bestehenden Geschäftsbeziehungen zu Kunden und strategischen Partnern
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozessabläufe und des Qualitätsmanagements zur Sicherstel-lung von Wirtschaftlichkeit, Produktivität und Effizienz
  • Personalplanung, Personalverantwortung und Teambuilding
  • Stundenzettel erstellen / abgleichen.
  • Ist erster Ansprechpartner im Objekt
  • Entscheidungsgewalt im Objekt (Personal aus dem Dienst entbinden)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Ausführungsunterlagen (Objektbez. DA)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Lieferantenbewertung.
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einweisung der Mitarbeiter.
  • Verantwortlich für die Dienstdurchführung

### Anforderungen:

  • Sachkunde nach §34a GewO
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position aus dem Dienstleistungssektor Sicherheit
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Geistige Flexibilität und Fähigkeit zum raschen Hineindenken in verschiedenste Fragestellungen
  • Freude am Kontakt zu Kunden
  • Ergebnisorientiertes Denken
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Loyalität, Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • ein gewisses Maß an Neugier, vor allem jedoch Offenheit, Einfühlungsvermögen und Kreativität
  • zur Erfüllung der Repräsentationsfunktion eine gute schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksweise
