Bereich: Gebäudereinigung

· Büroreinigung

· Treppenhausreinigung (City Objekte)

Mitarbeiter. ca. 25 MA

Der Objektleiter ist der Leitung des operativen Bereiches/GF direkt unterstellt

Die Weisungsbefugnis des Vorarbeiters umfasst alle MA´s und Vorarbeiter der oben genannten drei Bereiche des Unternehmens

Aufgabenbereich des Assistenten

o Umsetzung / Kontrolle der betrieblichen Abläufe in den Bereichen

o Treppenhausreinigung

o Büroreinigung

o Koordination / Kontrolle der Vorarbeiter /Mitarbeiter

o Wochenplanung mit dem Planungstool Skyline

o Sicherstellung der Einarbeitung der neuen MA´s

o Sicherstellung der Qualität in den 2 Bereichen

o Kontrolle der Vorarbeiter wenn vorhanden

o Durchführung von Meetings mit MA´s

o Erstellung von Qualitätsstandards mit der Meisterin/GF

Sonstiges (mit Einbeziehung der Vorarbeiter)

· Überwachung/ Bestandskontrolle der Verbrauchs-Materialien

· Überwachung / Einhaltung von Sicherheitsvorschriften

· Durchführung von Sicherheitsschulungen

· Teilnahme an Schulungen / Weiterbildung

· Aufbereitung von Daten für die Kalkulation von Servicearbeiten

· Erstellung von Angeboten

· Kontaktperson für Eigentümer/ Kunden/ Hausverwaltungen

· Nach der Einarbeitung: ggf. Vertretung der Leitung operativer Bereich

· Operative Tätigkeiten in der Gebäudereinigung, Büroreinigung (ca. 30%)

Leistungen: Firmen KFZ / 30 Tage Urlaub / Bonuszahlungen
