### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Verwaltung gewerblicher Immobilien mit Fokus auf Kulturdenkmäler
  • Organisation des laufenden Tagesgeschäfts
  • Ansprechpartner für Mieter, Dienstleister und Geschäftspartner
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister
  • Kaufmännische und administrative Verwaltungsaufgaben

### Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene immobilienkaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung, inklusive Denkmalschutz
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C2-Niveau
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
